Shipping & Delivery
All items will be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on customer’s selection at time of check out. We reserve the right to use another carrier if not specified or if product is too large or heavy to ship specified carrier. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical delivery address is needed to proceed with order. Most items will be shipped within 1-5 business days of order placement. A small percentage of items require a longer ship times. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available upon customer request only or specified at check out. The customer will be held responsible for all expedited shipping and handling charges. Some items sold are unable to be expedited. Next day, 2 day, and 3 day air ships are available. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to P.O. Boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, to be paid by customer returning items sold. Do not return items without contacting MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource first. Customer will be held responsible for payment of all shipping and handling charges applied to order. Returns must be shipped prepaid, NO COD'S. If a credit card was given and order was charged to that credit card, then items are returned, customer is responsible for credit card refund fee of $24.99. Cancellations made before items have shipped are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. This amount is determined by the total amount of items ordered. Order cancellation will only be accepted if received before shipment occurs. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect. If shipment is simply refused by customer, the return policy is still in effect.
